This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to personal information obtained through On the Stage’s Online Streaming Service, https://www.onthestage.com, (the “Service”), which is operated by On The Stage (a dba of ARTech Holdings LLC) (“OTS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains our practices and governs the use of personal information OTS collects from you or about you through the Service.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to other online services controlled or operated by OTS, even when the Service links to them.

By further browsing the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. Please also review the Terms of Use, which govern your use of the Service and any content you submit to the Service.

A. INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT

For example, when you order tickets, our payment processing vendor may collect your personal information in order to fulfill your ticket order. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, advertising, products, or content of websites or online services that OTS does not control. Please note that other online services have their own privacy policies and OTS is not responsible or liable for these policies.

5. YOUR CHOICES

If you elected to receive marketing materials from us and prefer to no longer receive any marketing materials from us, you may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link located in our emails or by sending an email to stream[email protected].

6. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

We may from time to time elect to share certain “personal information” (as defined by California’s “Shine the Light” law) about you with third parties, including affiliates, for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Californians may obtain the categories of personal information shared and the names and addresses of third parties that received personal information for their direct marketing purposes during the previous calendar year. Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per customer each year.

7. INFORMATION FOR USERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

If you are visiting the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that OTS is based in the U.S. and the information we obtain through the Service will be transferred to, processed, and stored on our servers in the United States. The data protection laws and regulations applicable to your personal data transferred to the United States may be different from the laws in your country of residence.
