On the surface, Sister Act appears to be a silly romp about a Las Vegas showgirl trapped in a convent of singing nuns, and a deadly mob boss who is determined to ruin the show.  But there are rich depths to the musical - about finding your voice, discovering your true identity, and the power of sisterhood.  Plus, there's a lot of humor and great music, too!
