Quest for Quinonium Cast

Jack Zilles (Major Steven Thomas)
Jack Zilles is a senior at Ventura High School. This is his fourth production at VHS. He starred as JoJo in Seussical, and Phillip in Zoomdunnit. He is the president of the VHS Drama Club, and a member of the VHS improvisation troupe. Jack is excited to be part of this amazing group of actors.
Mya Sherman (Intern Sue Sandler)
Mya has loved being a part of the drama program for her first two years of high school. She had a great time as part of the Cinderella musical, Zoomdunnit cast, Improv Troupe, and Quest for Quinonium cast and writing team.
Corrine Garo (Nova the Twin Alien)
Corrine is a sophomore at Ventura High School She is on the VHS Dance Team and a part of the TWI program. This is her first drama production and she is very excited.
Lourdes Lopez (Engineer Parker Martinez)
Lourdes is a sophomore at Ventura High School. She loves to learn about how and why things work the way they do, and always looks forward to opportunities that can push her out of her comfort zone and bring fun memories. She's really grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such talented individuals and is very excited to help bring an amazing end result!
Mr. Sebastien DeClerck (Master of the Universe)
Sebastien DeClerck (The Pizza Boss) Sébastien DeClerck has taught French (and Italian and some other things) at VHS since 2005. He has been a teacher for 22 years. Though a regular participant in VHS’ Faculty Improv Show, he has not acted in a play since high school, when he played Troilus in Jean Giraudoux’s “The Trojan War Isn’t Happening,” Captain McLean in John Patrick’s “Teahouse of the August Moon,” and Old Justice Wargrave in Agatha Christie’s “And Then There Were None.”
Aliza Barroca (Mrs. Jessie Thomas)
Aliza Barroca is 16 years old and is a junior at Ventura High this year. She was on costume crew for Mamma Mia her freshman year, in the winter showcase last year, and has been a part of the music department's vocal jazz ensemble for the last three years. Aliza was last seen in the VHS Zoom production of "Zoomdunnit?" as Denise, the Art Dealer.
Eva Lechner Hll (Charlie, Doc's Roomate)
Eva is a 2nd year theater student at VHS who is in the 10th grade. This is her second production. Previously she played the Pizza Delivery Girl in Zoomdunnit.
Kylie Pence (Raya the Robot)
Kylie is a senior and 3 year drama student. This year she is a Co-captain of the VHS What? Improv Troupe, and was last seen as Gracie the Newlywed Bride. She is grateful for the opportunity to perform and meet with other students online during these crazy times.
Lilia Duque (Astra the Babysitter Alien)
Lilia is a sophomore at Ventura High School. She plays soccer, dances hula, and is obsessed with watching musicals with her family. Lilia loves being part of the Ventura High School drama department. She has always loved performing in her school plays and musicals, and has enjoyed two years of drama class at Ventura High School so far! She was last seen as Chad the Jackhammer in the Zoom play, “ZoomDunnit!”
Ramsey Dillon (The Journalist Narrator)
Ramsey is a Senior at Ventura High School. He is on the Varsity Baseball team and enjoys to surf, hike, and read. This is Ramsey's first year in the drama department and has been enjoying every part of it. Previously he was seen as Colonel Muster in Zoomdunnit.
Remi Ruiz (Mrs.Cindy Johnson)
Remi, is a Freshman at Ventura High and is excited to be participating in her second high school production. Remi has shown her dedication to activities she loves most by the years she spent as both a competitive gymnast and competitive dancer. Remi has been interested in drama and acting since she was young and has participated in a few musical theater productions through a local children’s choir (age 4-5) and a local performing arts studio (age 9). Remi also enjoys reading, writing and exploring new interests.
Ryan Palmisano (Mr. Ralph Johnson)
Ryan is a junior and third year drama student. Previous shows that he has been a part of include Anatomy of Gray, as Dr. Gray, Mamma Mia! as an ensemble character, Night Watch, as Officer Vanelli, and Clyde the Texan in "Zoomdunnit?" Ryan is a Life Scout and is currently completing his Eagle Scout project. He loves playing golf and is a part of VHS’s Golf Team. Ryan is thankful for the opportunity to work with such a talented cast and crew and would like to thank his family and friends for supporting him.
Sinthia Cardenas (Doc Tessa Smith)
Sinthia is a 10th grader who plays violin, ukulele, and loves cats! She has previously performed in the Winter Showcase, as Skylar the Vegan in Zoomdunnit, and was a member of the Cinderella cast. Sinthia is also a member of Company, the all district show choir.
Finn Zilles (Communicator Jamie Robinson)
Finn Zilles is a sophomore at Ventura High School. This is his first production at VHS. He is also a member of the VHS What? Improv Troupe. He is excited to be a part of this amazing group of actors.
Mateo Navarro (FBI Agent)
Mateo is currently a sophomore at VHS. He loves to spend time in the water and surf, in nature, mountain biking, and running cross country on the school team. He strives to achieve a future in aerospace engineering or neurosciences, and works on outside projects directed towards the rights and welfare of indigenous communities. This is Mateo's first VHS Theater experience.
Nick DeGeorge (Navigator Jude Johnson)
Nick is currently a freshman at VHS. He loves running for the cross country and track team as well as playing soccer. This is his first production at VHS.
Bre Roark (Star the Twin Alien)
Bre is a 3rd year drama student and junior at VHS. She has worked as both cast and crew in multiple shows, is a member of the VHS improv troupe, and loves every aspect of the performing arts! She is in her 3rd year on the VHS Hip Hop Team, and the second year with the VUSD show choir. Bre is grateful to be working amongst such talented people and so excited for this amazing opportunity.
Rusty Rodrigues (Director Taylor Jones)
Rusty is a Senior at Ventura High School. This is his first year in the drama department and he couldn't be more excited. Rusty is grateful to be working with such talented people for his first performance.
