Today we are proud to officially launch the On The Stage Fundraising Suite, the latest innovation in our theatre empowerment platform. This release will have great benefits for On The Stage customers, their patrons, and the casts, students, and crews that benefit from the accelerated fundraising results driven by the suite.
Since its inception, On The Stage has been committed to delivering high-caliber tools and solutions to our customers. We’ve worked with over 1,000 theatres and programs, and take great pride in delivering software solutions that level the playing field for theatres outside of large funding circles. We make Broadway-style business and promotional tools to support school, community, and independent theatre and live arts producers in achieving their creative and financial goals.
Initially, this meant our Producer’s Suite, with templated show and organizations websites, automated email and social media marketing tools, box office ticketing management, and on-demand custom merchandise. We delivered a turnkey solution to maximize ticket sales and reduce administrative headaches for school, community, and independent theatres. Many of our customers routinely report a 20% or more lift in ticket sales over previous tools.
Then the COVID-19 Pandemic halted the theatre world. At a time when many theatres and solutions providers closed their doors, our team worked round the clock to deliver a solution for remote and in-person live streaming and prerecorded VOD. This functionality helped keep many theatres afloat through the pandemic. Today, our Digital Performance Suite is being used to deliver innovative hybrid productions that expand theatres’ audiences around the world and provide access to fans who cannot travel for in-person performances. It’s one more way our platform empowers theatres to deliver art and increase ticket sales, which creates a flywheel that leads to higher revenue, and more resources to better fund their next production.
